We want you to be confident in every order from Dentrax Jordan. If there is an issue with your order, our team in Amman is ready to help.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened oral-care devices, brush heads, or nozzles cannot be returned unless defective under warranty.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued via CliQ transfer or cash within 3–5 business days.
