How fast is delivery?
We deliver across Jordan, with same-day delivery in Amman. Delivery is free on orders over 50 JOD.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Dentrax device comes with the manufacturer's one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the toothbrush or flosser body and its charger. Brush heads and nozzles aren't covered. If something goes wrong, email us with your order details.
Which toothbrush should I choose?
The TB3 Pro has the stronger motor (38,000 vibrations per minute), wireless charging and up to 280 minutes per charge. The TB3 Lite runs at 18,000 vibrations per minute, charges by USB and lasts up to 120 minutes. Both have the same four modes and two-minute smart timer.
How often should I replace brush heads and nozzles?
Replace TB3 brush heads every three months and FX3 nozzles every six months.
Can I use the FX3 with braces or implants?
The FX3 comes with an orthodontic tip for cleaning around braces and a periodontal tip for gum pockets. If you have implants, braces or recent dental work, check with your dentist before you start.
